Contact Us
Get in touch with the BTCCalc team. Report a calculation issue, suggest a new calculator, or ask a question. We respond to every message.
We read every message
Whether you found a calculation that looks off, want a new calculator, or just have a question about how a formula works, we read and respond to every email.
Before you write
A few quick checks that save time on both ends:
- Tool not loading or acting strange? Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If it’s still broken, include your browser and OS in your message.
- Think a result is wrong? Send the exact inputs you used and the output you expected versus what you got. A screenshot of the calculator with your inputs visible is the fastest way for us to reproduce it.
- Want a new calculator? Be specific about the problem, not just the topic. “A calculator for Bitcoin mining profitability that accounts for electricity cost and difficulty adjustment” is more useful than “crypto calculator.”
Email us
We aim to respond within 48 hours, usually sooner on weekdays.
What happens after you write
- You send an email describing the issue or idea.
- A person on our side reads it – there’s no ticket-routing bot.
- For bug reports, we try to reproduce the issue with your inputs before replying.
- We reply with either a fix, a timeline, or follow-up questions if we need more detail.

We don’t use a contact form because we don’t want to store submissions on a server. Email keeps things simple and keeps your message off our infrastructure until you decide to send it.
